BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose

Our Client, based in Dubai, is looking for a Business Development Executive with a proven track record in the advertising industry. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business development within creative agencies and a strong understanding of the advertising landscape. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and fostering strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute monthly sales plans with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve revenue targets and expand Créo’s client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales strategies aligned withCréo’s goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business partnerships, ensuring favorable terms for both the agency and the client.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Nurture existing client relationships to maximize retention and upsell opportunities, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Represent Créo at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and build brand awareness.
Qualifications / Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5 plus years of work experience as an Advertising Sales Representative, Sales Representative, or a similar role in the Advertising or Creative Agency industry
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with the trends and developments in the Sales industry
  • Excellent marketing, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Willingness to travel to different locations and work in a competitive environment
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
