Client Servicing Executive
Job Purpose
A Client Services Executive, or a Customer Services Executive, is responsible for maintaining professional relationships with clients to support company revenue and outreach. Their duties include contacting existing clients to discuss new products or services, renewing client contracts to guarantee company revenue and researching new leads to onboard clients.
Job Responsibilities
- You will be the client's key contact for the client and manage the account effectively and increase the
ROI. - Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Work in close partnership with the Creative team to drive impactful creative solutions.
- Ensure adherence to all pre-determined agency processes, creative briefing templates, contact reports
and client status reports. - Brand/Product Knowledge champion (product features/pricing/ benefits/competitive advantage).
- Understanding of competitive landscape, program assessments & marketplace trend news/reports.
- Drive business growth and revenue via pro-active initiatives.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- 2-4 years of experience working in a global advertising agency in a client management/servicing role
dealing with clients and creative teams is absolutely mandatory. - Candidate must have experience of organically growing an account and generating revenue on a brand
account. - 2-4 years of experience of managing a team writing effective creative briefs.Passionate team member who is a leader than a follower.
- A highly analytical mindset. This role requires in-depth understanding of how people shop online and
offline various products and services. - Self-driven with high levels of patience looking for a career and not a job in advertising.
- You have a meticulous eye for details and never let small details slip through the cracks.
- Extremely organized and process driven. You are able to lean on your organization and time
management skills to take on multiple projects at a time. - Passionate about working in a fast paced, multi-cultural environment, juggling multiple roles
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Other Technical Competencies Needed:
- Practical knowledge of how Microsoft Office works especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
