Operations Manager

Job Purpose

Our client, a marketing agency based in Dubai, is currently looking for an Operations Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the agency runs efficiently and effectively by implementing and overseeing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The focus will be on optimizing workflows, managing resources, and maintaining seamless service delivery. This role demands someone with a marketing industry background and a strategic mindset, project management expertise, and strong leadership capabilities to align teams and drive operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce SOPs for consistency and quality.
  • Oversee operations and resource allocation to meet project goals.
  • Lead teams to ensure SOP adherence and clear communication.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration for seamless execution.
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Track progress and address deviations from SOPs.
  • Continuously improve processes for efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Use performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
  • Oversee budgets and resources to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Address operational issues impacting project outcomes.
  • Implement SOPs for vendor contracts, performance, and deliverables.
  • Monitor vendor alignment with agency goals and standards.
  • Provide regular reports on operations, performance, and project status.
  • Track KPIs and leverage analytics for improvement.
    Qualifications / Experience Required
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a
      related field (preferred).
    • 5 Years of proven experience as operations manager, preferably within a marketing or creative
      agency.
    • Strong project management skills, with a focus on implementing and maintaining SOPs.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience in marketing campaigns, creative workflows, and client service.
