PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose

Our client, based in Dubai, is looking for various levels of Senior Performance Marketing Executive (PME) who will execute the overall digital strategy and the delivery team requirements to generate quality leads digitally through paid campaigns. You will have outstanding commercial awareness with considerable research experience in Lead Generation. This position would suit candidates with a strong background in SEO, content production, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online PR, quality link building, social media advertising, social media campaigns and conversion optimisation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the growth marketing and CRM strategy, processes and implementation.
  • Ensuring monthly KPIs are achieved, particularly around sign-up, cost-per-acquisition and cost-per-activation.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to seamlessly execute Paid Search campaigns.
  • Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM)
  • Create and manage Facebook, Instagram. LinkedIn Ads. (Social media advertising)
  • Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)
  • Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
  • Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners
  • Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy
  • Executing campaigns within allocated budgets across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
  • Manage Google Analytics & Data Studio to track and measure all marketing campaigns
  • Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications / Experience Required
  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience either building or working on effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels. You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience. 
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing for Ads
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Google Ads Search and Display certified.
  • GAIQ certified.
  • Google Tag Manager certified
