RECRUITMENT ANALYST
Job Purpose
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Analyst, who will play an essential role in supporting the recruitment team by identifying and sourcing talent for various positions. They will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates, contributing to the success of the company’s hiring efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting in depth research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for various roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of candidates, making sure there is steady pipeline of qualified candidates contributing to the overall success of the hiring process.
- Screen CVs and source new candidates via database, networking, advertising and Linkedin.
- Build strong relationships and good rapport with the candidates.
- Writing reports and presenting findings, identifying trends and patterns in an industry.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand the specific requirements of each position and provide valuable insights and recommendations based on candidate research.
- Stay updated with industry best practices to continuous improve the quality of candidate sourcing.
- Attention to detail and proficiency to use various sourcing tools and online platforms.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- A valid Bachelors Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, job boards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates.
- Capable of building trust and establishing a positive relationship with candidates to make them feel valued throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
