SEO MANAGER
Job Purpose
Our Client, based in Dubai, is hiring an SEO Manager, who will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic and enhancing search visibility for their clients. An ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to optimize online presence and will collaborate with various teams to implement effective SEO strategies that align with client goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies according to individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and technical elements to improve search rankings.
- Perform regular SEO audits and analyze performance metrics using tools.
- Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to inform SEO tactics.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content and ensure keyword optimization.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.
- Work with web developers to implement technical SEO improvements.
- Train and mentor junior team members on SEO best practices and strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships and communicate SEO strategies and results effectively
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of driving organic search performance and improving rankings.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with PPC and social media marketing is a plus.
