Specialist – Organizational Excellence
Job Purpose
A Government Entity based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking to hire a Specialist of Organizational Excellence who will be responsible to support in the creation and monitoring of the organization’s strategy, corporate performance management, and contribute to business excellence initiatives like process re-engineering, quality improvement, and ideation.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and monitoring the organization’s strategy.
- Monitor the strategy periodically to identify challenges and mitigate risks for successful execution.
- Analyze performance data to track business results.
- Conduct benchmarking to aid target-setting.
- Report on selected ideas from the ideation process.
- Map and analyze business processes, identify improvements.
- Support process design and brainstorming efforts.
- Perform quality audits for certifications.
- Train staff on quality improvement methods.
- Contribute to developing quality manuals and procedures.
- Manage internal operational projects.
- Maintain project management and process standards.
- Support section strategy implementation and resource utilization.
- Adhere to section budgets and ensure optimal utilization of available resources.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- 6-10 years of experience in Strategy, Quality, or Performance Improvement.
- Relevant certifications in Quality/Business Improvement.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Open to UAE nationals only.
